The trustees were delighted to be able to help a local community centre, Community Wise in Old Town with the funds to repair and renew their emergency lighting.
Community Wise said
” We are most grateful to the John Jackson Charitable Trust for their grant which has enabled this necessary work to take place while we are closed due to lockdown. The work was carried out efficiently and expertly by a most obliging and helpful local business. We are now ready to re-open our doors within the Government guidelines on Monday 12th April and restart our work in enabling and supporting community life in Eastbourne.”
